Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

Good sized and nice styled rooms, I had good experience.

The staff was competent and lively, so I would definitely go again. The atmosphere created was quiet. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was FRIENDLY.

Timeout Heritage was great! The breakfast spread was so good, with fresh cakes and local pastries that just made my mornings. Plus, the rooms are quirky and cozy, and the sleek sound isolation had me snoozing peacefully despite the nightlife buzz. If you love vibrant nightlife and a unique vibe, this spot has you covered!

But I gotta spill the tea-one staff member, Kamilo at the bar, really threw off my vibe. His total impoliteness over payment rules left a sour taste in my mouth. I mean, I get it, rules are rules, but shouting at customers is not cool. I ended up leaving for a nearby bar because of it, a bummer.

A vibrant stay with unexpected noise

The location was perfect, just steps away from major attractions. I loved the friendly staff who provided helpful information about local activities and made check-in easy.

Despite my cozy room, the noise from the bar downstairs was quite disruptive at night, so light sleepers might want to consider earplugs or a different room.

Take advantage of the rooftop terrace for fine city views, especially during sunset.

Noise levels are quite disruptive, particularly with the nightclub ambiance. Rooms show signs of wear and tear, impacting the overall perception of quality .

We enjoyed the prime location, just a short walk to Ilica Street for some great shopping. The decor had a charming vibe that felt cozy enough for my family, including our kiddie. We also loved the convenience of having lively bars nearby for evening fun.

In my wife's opinion, the cigarette smoke was unbearable. Better ventilation would be great for families with children.

The property has a good and amazing location, just a minute walk from a train station. Good-sized and fashionable rooms. Free Wi-Fi is a huge plus! Thanks to all competent and active staff.

The room was a decent size and had a balcony, which was a nice touch. It had everything I needed 🌟.
